Contact model-car@model-car.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RN#), which is essential to ensure a fast credit. Please state :
- original order number;
- description of product being returned;
- reasons for returning the product;
- your name, address, phone/fax and/or e-mail contact;
- if you want a refund or to receive a new product.

We shall send you by return your Return Authorization Number. Pack the goods so they won't be damaged during shipping, preferably in the original shipping carton.(Don´t forget to write the Return Authorization Number)
